Accommodation and facilities:Overall a very nice hotel. The Good 1) Lovely sea view 2) Nice environment and lovely bird chirping all day long. 3) Good location (near to Chaweng & Lamai) Some complains 1) Facilities are quite old. 2) No proper label of hair shampoo and body bath. Hotel stuff just refill one type of shampoo into 2 different bottles, now everything is mixed. So I just use my own stuff...

Accommodation and facilities:Just came back from Samui. We had a great time staying at Samui Cliff View. We reversed a deluxe sea view villa, facing east. Fantasic seaview from the balcony as well as from the pool. Room was simple and clean. A/c is a bit noisy though. Hotel staff was really really nice and helpful. Breakfast were included and was great! Hotel is no the top of the hill. Probably 10mins ride to Chaweng or Lamai or a closest convenience store. Becareful bikers when riding to/from hotel, the roads are steep with sharp curves. To conclude we had a great peaceful time staying SCV. If u rather stay at a place full of bars and restaurant and have access to the beach, this hotel might disappointed u. But if u want a very quiet place to relax after a crazy day out, this is a great choice!

Accommodation and facilities:very good! the sea view is amazing from the lobby, restarant even in the room. The staff and the travel agent are all helpful and friendly. if the AC could be more quiet, it will be perfect. we love this hotel and will come back in the future.

Accommodation and facilities:We had a pleasant stay at the Cliff View Resort. Even though the resort is located a bit far away from Chaweng and Lamai, the location is good. There are few good restaurants within a walking distance - resort´s own restaurant is totally over priced so we would not recommend that. Villas are cute, spacious and clean. There were millions of ants in the bathroom, though, so the detergent in the room came in to use! Hike from the beach houses to the reception is quite tough, so the pick up service is really handy - and also fast, at least during the low season when there were not too many customers around. The staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help in any problems. If you need a taxi, a tour or a ride to the laundry - they are always happy to arrange it for you!

Accommodation and facilities:Location is excellent. Panoramic views to the sea are impressive. Separate house we lived was only dozen meters from the sea. Room was large (some 35 sq. meters), bathroom had nice Jacuzzi with the sea view. Only small disadvantage was - approch to the sea swimming trough the rocks. However we consider the hotel is one of the vest on the Coral Cove coast.

Accommodation and facilities:Very good! We loved the place, from the setup to the facilities, to the friendly and prompt staff.. Everything was soo clean, not only the rooms but also the other facilities such as the wash rooms next the breakfast restaurant, near the pool etc... The service was prompt and very fast! The staff was very courteous... We would love to stay at the Cliff View Resort again

Accommodation and facilities:AAA+ Excellent resort with a fantastic view of the sea. Staffs were all very very nice and polite. My room was cosy and clean. Thank you to the staffs and management of Samui cliff!

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel offers comfortable rooms and warm services. Easy access to the neighbouring Chaweng and Lamai Beach. But the seaside sands could hardly be called a beach. Nontheless, the hotel is really a good place to stay.

Accommodation and facilities:Samui Cliff View is beautiful, with stunning views from everywhere. Our room was lovely and the staff were very helpful, arranging some excellent trips for us. We thought that the restaurant might have tried a cocktail hour now and again as it was very quiet in the evenings but it was easy to go into Lamai using the hotel s taxi.

Accommodation and facilities:it was a great resort, super nice view in Sea Villa, and a big jaccuzi beside the big window~~ lovly people with always a warm smile. It is absolutly recommanded GOOD HOTEL!! :-)
Reservation service:Sawadee is a great choice to book your needs, it s more than fair then some hotel s service. Also the pickup or retun are always on time and nice people for their arrangement and good tour suggestions. |

Accommodation and facilities:This fairly new resort in Samui offers some of the best views on the island. The resort is ideally situated between Chaweng and Lamai meaning that it is close enough to everything you need but just far enough away to offer peace and tranquility. The resort staff are very helpful, happy and keen to assist despite the language barrier. We booked a bungalow but had to move to a highly unit because the showers in the bungalow were not fully enclosed. There is no issue of lack of privacy here. Simply that (1) because it s not fully enclosed we noticed that we found a large spider in the closet (2) geckos coming in and out and (3) ants making trails into the shower. None of these are terribly pleasant should you need to make a nature call in the middle of the night. As it turns out, the views from the higher cliff view rooms are better, the bathrooms are enclosed and strangely enough, had a better sense of privacy (as the bungalows were on the ground and with human traffic passing by). All in all, the resort was good and I would stay there again.

Accommodation and facilities:This hotel offers a brillant view of the sea from morning till night. Room that I stayed in is #319. Service provided is good. Do note that as the location of the hotel is by the cliff, thus there are 8 flights of stairs to climb each time I wana exit the hotel via the lobby. Also, their bedroom slippers are chargeable. THB150 each pair. As guest, I was not aware of it at all as there was not obvious indication.

Accommodation and facilities:We would not recommend a stay here. The rooms are lovely & the owner is very nice but the complex is so new there are lots of teething problems. For example, our bathroom stunk of the drains & our electricity failed twice! We spent New Year s Eve with various handymen coming in & out trying to fix it - in vain. We then had to spend our stay using the bathroom in the dark! The other concerns we had were the poor organisation of the Excursions woman. We booked a boat with one of the staff to Koh Phanghan - & when we queried that it was late picking us up, the Excursions woman was very rude to us saying we had never booked it, she had been doing her job for 4 years & insinuating we were lying!!! We then had to arrange it again ourselves. The reception manager was watching all this & did nothing to intervene or help us. Finally, the accomodation refers ro itself as a Spa - this a gross mistake as there is no Spa!!!! Apparently it is being biult but it is very misleading to advertise yourself as a Spa before you have one! To sum up, we found much better value for money elsewhere. For the owners sake, we hope it is a success but they first need to sort out the electrics & drains, build the Spa & train his reception & excursion staff on customer service.
