Accommodation and facilities:BT Mansion was great! Very close to the restaurants, bars, and stores. 10 minute walk through the town to the beach. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Accommodation and facilities:Big, very clean rooms. Great location - close to night life but quiet. 10 minute walk to beach. The office closes at night so you have to keep your key with you. No security but felt safe there and will stay again next time.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel is really clean and in a really good position. Closed to the movida but not in the middle of the crowd. No swimming pool or beach, but you can go to the beach in 10 min walk. Definitely suggest to everyone. Really good price compare with the competitors.

Accommodation and facilities:Quiet, yet central location. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach road. Very clean rooms, and the cleaning staff did a very good job. They didn t knock on the door when i was sleeping late, just waited till i was gone and cleaned it then. Good AC, bed a little hard, shower is standard electrical heater. All in all excellent value for money, would stay again.

Accommodation and facilities:the room and bathroom was old looking, so it wasn t worth the money i paid. the receptionist was never there, even the facility was supposed to be 24hrs. we had to wait around a couple times. location is ok, but by the looks of the pictures, i thought we would be closer to the beach

Accommodation and facilities:greetings from malaysia. Bt Mansion is a great cozy hotel, although nothing fancy but its truly value for its money,the owner who is the kind Aunty and her children are totally helpful, kind and understanding. would really recommend this place to other fellow travelers. would also most probably come back there the next time we go to Samui. =)
Reservation service:booking service was alright although it took a lil while to have the whole thing processed as we had to use the bank transfer method. but so far so good. |

Accommodation and facilities:Four minutes from beach. No noise from bars at the hotel, but that probably depends on which side you stay in. A little downside is that you have to pass a couple of sleazy bars on the way to the hotel. Cleaning everyday.

Accommodation and facilities:Great service, convenient facilities (tour desk, laundry, moped hire, house keeping) fantastic location to bars and restaurnat, less then 4 minute walk to beach. VERY Clean rooms.

Accommodation and facilities:I was happy with the price of this hotel but. It is about a half a mile walk to the beach and the sidewalks are very bad. The only fast food restaurant is McDonalds and it s about a half mile a way also. The room itself was fine but we had to go in the hall to use the internet. (and the internet is not free) I also saw advertisements when i got there for bungalows and hotels actually on the beach which seemed like around the same price (700 baht). I didn t investigate it further. I had a good stay there but I think you can find something closer to the beach with better internet for same price.

Accommodation and facilities:Very nice clean and tidy place with everything you need. Cleaning and clean towels every day. Location is 5 min from the beach and center of Lamai so the noise of the bars doesn´t bother you. Easy to come and go. Frienly staff. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place anytime.

Accommodation and facilities:Hotel is an absolute dump, smell of rooms is unbearable and the showers a joke, with water going everywhere. Could only stand 5 days here, was booked for 2 weeks. Checked into a different hotel and cut losses, as did many people from speaking to them.

Accommodation and facilities:Clean and peacefully hotell in center of Lamai. Close to everything.(Beach, Shops, Restaurants etc). Cosy old lady running the hotell, and she helps you with everything you need. I sertanly can recomend this low-budget hotell to others who like to live good for litle money.

Accommodation and facilities:Staff did not know much English. Rooms are basic (you get what you pay for though). Upside is that the location is ideal. Far enough from Lamai s center that it s not noisy, yet close enough (5 minute walk) to where you can enjoy yourself without tiring out on the way. Location alone is reason to stay here.

Accommodation and facilities:Positives: Very close to the absolute centre of Lamai but far enough off the road to be super quiet at night. Maybe a 10 min lazy stroll to beach. Rooms big, cleaned daily and are free of those pesky mozzies. Air con unit perfectly placed and good quality too. Negatives: Absolutely no security whatsoever at night. They do have free security boxes so use them. Shower was useless, cracked head and water going everywhere but on you. Balcony dividers are so low you could walk into another persons room by stepping over so make sure your patio doors are locked when you go out. All in all a nice budget hotel if all you are after is a comfy bed to sleep in but want everything else off site.

Accommodation and facilities:Very affordable and clean hotel. Not very near to the beach, good AC and TV, bathroom little hot sometimes. The DVD player is a good option when the rains come. Good value for the money.
