Все понравилось. Комнаты New Deluxe Bungalo чистенькие, никакой живности(муравьев или прочего) не наблюдалось. на крыльце даже бывало ловил Wifi из лобби. Убирались по вывеске (хоть каждый день) недостаток только один, что по лестнице приходилось спускаться к бассейну, ресторану и морю, но это особенность рельефа. До центральной(развлекательной) улице Lamai пешком мин 15-20. Персонал приветливый установили нам доп. кровать. Прямо перед вылетом добавился 1 взрослый.

Bills Resort was phenomenal! When I return to Samui, this will be my first and only choice to stay. Its a short walk down the beach for some shopping, or the nightlife. But that was just fine with me. Food was also very good...

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 25 августа по 5 сентября 2011 г. Отель супер, все очень понравилось. При заселение ни каких проблем не было, не считая только, что мы заказывали superio room, а предложили нам standart room, мы не много повозмущались и нам дали семейный номер, огромное бунгало с огромной кроватью, ванной и дополнительной кроватью и красивой верандой. Каждый день нам убирали номер. В номере, в ванной комнате были муравьи и иногда не было горячей воды.Что касается завтрака , нам понравилось.Хотя завтраки были однообразные,омлет, сосиски ,салаты из макорон и картофеля, булочки и фрукты. Персонал очень приветливый, все улыбаются и стараются сделать отдых не забываемым. Бассейн чистый,и водичка там очень теплая и совсем не пахнет хлоркой. Что касается места расположения,отель находится не далеко от центральной улицы пляжа ламай и в 5 мин от камней дедушки и бабушки. Вообщем расположение отличной. ВСЕМ СОВЕТУЮ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ !!! Русских практически нет,одни немцы,англичани и итальянцы.

There is too much mosquito. The wooden concept flooring is noisy to move on. Scooters rented out not in good condition. With the gravel entrance to the resort, not so ease to managed. Resort breakfast @250B per pax is too expensive.

Accueil très agréable, le personnel est aux petits soins. Les bungalows sont très bien agencés dans un environnement verdoyant. Dommage que le typhon de mars dernier ai fait des dégâts,mais ils s activent pour tout remettre en état.

We liked the Hotel that we actually stayed an extra 4 nights. Majority of the rooms were up the hill, which means over 60 steps or a very steep slope down to the beach, pool and restaurant. Due to the floods the entrance onto the beach was very difficult.

This is a very bad choice. there are very dirty and lacking where binary update. It is only because the man will pay everything in advance that we had to be there, we held out for 40 days then we found another hotel there were many more classes and a total price

That you demand full payment before the guest, have seen the room, is very worrisome, I m going alldri to recommend that the man pay in advance, if this be required then find another hotel

This resort is not new. The vegetation/garden is very nice. Bungalows/Restaurant: You get the impression that it is maintend but no money is spend to keep it in very good shape. A lot of rooms and bungalows have no view. It means you will have a view on the roof of the bungalow in front of you. We had quiet a lot of mosquitos. The AC is too loud in the night. The beach is very nice. The pool is nice and very clean. But ervery morning you have to reserve your place. There are not enough sunbeds and covers. The covers are mostly old and dirty. The breakfast ist good. The waiters are very nice. The reception people is nice (normally). We got a problem with the resort traveller agent. We booked a tour to the national park (with snorkeling and kayaking). The weather was so bad (rain and big waves) that is was not possible to get all what the tour promissed. So we stayed at home. The traveller agent didn´t gave us our money back. Even the chief of reception and his girls made no effort. At least we expected to get 80% form 3000 Baht back! Bad experience!

Accommodation and facilities:

A clean if aging scattering of bungalows tucked away at the south end of Lamai beach. If chilling out is what you wish for this could fill the bill. The staff are efficient and friendly and there is an excellent restaurant ( with the exception of the dreaded western breakfast which is included in the cost of the room. The only other drawback is the precipitous (in wet weather potentially lethal) path leading from the top to the bottom of the resort. I had a great stay.

Very efficient on-line service. You will require an initial deposit with the balance to be paid 2 or 3 weeks prior to arrival.

I have stay Bill Resort for 6 nights in Oct 10. In the morning, we listened sound from birds, wind. If you want to get quiet place, Bill Resort is good choice...

I hated this place. The staff were just horrible. Its a typical money grabbing joint. The pool is horrible, you are better off swimming in the Ocean, as I did. The food poor quality. But the staff, horrible, unhappy individuals, who hate serving us white folk with money.

The hotel, the rooms and the facilities weren t really clean. The personal at the reception couldn t help us with some problems we had with our flight back home, and they charged a complete whole additional night included breakfast for leaving the room at afternoon.

very nice, the peolple very professional....but they loose something of the thai kindness ! anyway the rooms were clean, the gardens full of flowers and the service at the restaurant ok....
