Accommodation and facilities:Worst one night experience in Southeast Asia to date. We got in during the evening and went out for a few hours to grab dinner and checkout the nightlife. We got back and walked in through the beach entrance to see the guard asleep in his chair. We get to our room to see that someone had broken in through the bathroom window and stole many of our things. As bad as that feeling was, the worst part of the experience was how utterly useless the staff was to help call the police and actually tried to get us to take a cab to the police station. It was a terrible situation and the staff offered no help and only made the next morning even more miserable by continuously telling us to come back an hour or two later but never had anything to offer when we did. Owner and manager didn t help with anything. So service gets an F. Hotel itself was decent, but not worth the money. Location was good on Chewang beach and a short walk to the main eating/drinking area. Breakfast was poor.

Accommodation and facilities:The room was acceptable, however the bathroom facilities needs some improvement: toilette replacement and drainage pipes cleaning due to bad smell. Breakfast need serious improvement, such as to add some fruits. The beach is quite nice however is full of jet skies.

Accommodation and facilities:Great experience at BB. Rooms were clean, air-conditioner was fabulous, food was good. Great location to both the beach and the main strip. Front desk were really helpful and friendly and the restaraunt staff were excellent.

Accommodation and facilities:A very nice Thai style hotel. Nothing fancy, but all in order. Hotel location is perfect in Chaweng, just minuts away from everything. Hotel has a VERY NICE beach, just 10m from the water (White Sand- no rocks). Good breakfast and VERY GOOD resturant, sitting on the beach at night. Clean and nice rooms, hot water needed a bit of tweaking in our room, but worked OK. Bed is a little hard. Very helpfull and friendly staff.

Accommodation and facilities:We stayed at BB Chaweng for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. Stayed in superior villa 112, it was exactly as shown on website and thoroughly enjoyed all parts of the hotel. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Perfect location, right on beach and 2 min walk to main strip. Would highly recommend. x

Accommodation and facilities:hotel service is good. staff are nice .room is clean but old. maintanance is very bad.no beach chairs.breakfast is served under the open and hot sun with no shadow. next time different hotel

Accommodation and facilities:I stayed between 9-12 of April. Great location, Hotel reception & service are very good and helpful. The room (superior) is very big - aprx 35 square meters, nicely decorated and clean, great bed, bathtub, mini bar, tv, cattle with free coffee & tea. the beach is at the end of the hotel area, about 1 minute walk from the room. I enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Accommodation and facilities:People there are very nice.location is perfect!!! room is ok, while the food is so so. breakfast is very simple. i had a brief lunch and dinner there,expensive and little bit salty. Anyway, in a word, since i booked during their promotion, so i think generally is fine and recommended.

Accommodation and facilities:A good hotel, enough quiet, a very nice superior building room but some problems with hot water. Great staff (very very kindly), but poor and bad breakfast (because of which I have not felt well).

Accommodation and facilities:Good hotel, great location with a nice beachfront setting. Rooms nice and clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts and the dinners on the beach in the evenings were superb. Overall a very good value hotel and I would reccomend it to other travellers. We were travelling with a 6mth old baby and the staff couldn t have been more helpful.
